Nest Above Off-Site Catering

We offer several different catering options. If possible, we are happy to host your special occasion at the Nest Above or Bird & Jim; however, if our available times and space constraints do not work for you, we are happy to bring you and your guests our quality cuisine.

We offer off-site catering for 30 guests to 250 in the Estes Valley and surrounding areas. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at info@t.com. Please see our family style pick up options for groups under 20.

Reserve your date:

To secure your special date you will connect with an event manager, by filing out “Let's Work Together" form on the bottom of this page. Once you have agreed on an available date and time, your event manager will walk you through menu planning, tasting, walkthroughs dates, fees, deposit and payment schedule.

Event team:

Hours prior to your event our event team and chef will arrive on site, working with the venue staff to ready the space and prepare you menu items. Your event manager will work closely with the venue team meeting your needs and requirements.

Buffet Levels:

With this format your guest will have individual personalized menus chosen by you from our available items. The menus will have options per course for your guest to choose from. During the planning phase, you and your event manager will work through the menu choices put together by our Executive Chef.

Desserts:

Dessert of choice for a price to be determined based on size and flavors. Dessert menus are included in the menu links.

If we contract your off-site catering event we offer a discount of $10 per person if you host your pre-event dinner, welcome party or after brunch at Nest Above!
